Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We have carefully considered the five points appellant has presented on this appeal. While some of the points involve apparent error, the error either was not adequately preserved or is not of such magnitude as to require reversal.

Accordingly, the judgment appealed from is affirmed.

DOWNEY, LETTS and DELL, JJ., concur.
