Per Curiam:

Mr. Scott Boergert appeals a Cole County Circuit Court judgment dismissing with prejudice his petition seeking damages for violations of the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and class certification. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
