In an action to recover chattels, order of the County Court of Suffolk county denying, upon condition, defendant’s motion to vacate and set aside a requisition and all proceedings had thereunder affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Carswell, Davis, Johnston and Adel, JJ., concur.
