Plaintiff consented to a magistrate judge and the case was dismissed at screening IS for failure to state a claim. Plaintiff appealed and the Ninth Circuit vacated and remanded 16 the case because the unserved defendants had not consented to the magistrate judge. '7 |! See Williams v. King, 875 F.3d 500, 503-04 (9th Cir. 2017). 18 By July 16, 2018, plaintiff may either file an amended complaint noting the 19 deficiencies set forth by the magistrate judge or objections to the order of dismissal. The 20 clerk shall SEND plaintiff a copy of the order of dismissal (Docket No. 10).
