Opinion
The Petition for Writ of Prohibition having been granted by the Supreme Court of Florida by opinion rendered January 11, 1990 therefore, it is ordered that this court’s opinion dated June 13, 1989 is hereby vacated and set aside and the appeal is hereby dismissed as being untimely filed and the mandate in this cause has today been issued and mailed to the clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Dade County, Florida.
