Order unanimously affirmed without costs. Memorandum: The court properly granted plaintiff’s motion to stay arbitration concerning retirement benefits allegedly due Mr. George Karalus. That arbitration must await resolution of plaintiff’s declaratory judgment action. (Appeal from order of Supreme Court, Erie County, Rath, Jr., J.—dismiss complaint.) Present—Dillon, P. J., Denman, Pine, Lawton and Davis, JJ.
