In an action, inter alia, to enjoin defendants from engaging in a strike, defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 17, 1976, which, inter alia, granted plaintiffs motion for a preliminary injunction. Order affirmed, with $50 costs and disbursements. On the record in this case, Special Term was warranted in making the determination appealed from. Hopkins, Acting P. J., Martuscello, Cohalan and Damiani, JJ., concur.
