Opinion

Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from so much of the order of the Appellate Division as granted partial summary judgment to the Board of Cooperative Educational Services for the sole supervisory district of Onondaga-Cortland-Madison Counties, dismissed upon the ground that that portion of the order sought to be appealed from does not finally determine the action with respect to that defendant. Motion for leave to appeal otherwise denied.

Judge Hancock, Jr., taking no part.
