Opinions

THOMPSON, Judge.

The facts and the question of law presented in this appeal are virtually indistinguishable from those presented in Travelers Insurance Co. v. Taylor, 444 So.2d 39 (Fla. 1st DCÁ 1983). Accordingly, the workers’ compensation order in this case is reversed on the authority of Taylor.

NIMMONS, J., concurs. ERVIN, C.J., dissents.
