Opinion
For the reasons discussed in the consolidated case of Burdin v. Board of Commissioners for the Atchafalaya Basin Levee District, 533 So.2d 977 (La.App. 3rd Cir.1988), the judgment of the trial court establishing the fair market value of the subject property at $123,541 is affirmed. The Board of Commissioners for the At-chafalaya Basin Levee District shall pay all costs of this appeal.
AFFIRMED.
