Following review of the petition for writ of prohibition, and the responses and reply thereto, it is ordered that said petition is hereby denied without prejudice to seek a stay from the trial court of the trial court's order submitting the parties to mediation until resolution of the petitioner's motion to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
