Order granting a motion for an examination before trial unanimously modified, without costs, to require defendants to submit to the examination only if they come to New York for the trial and to require defendants to advise plaintiff, on or before July 10, 1947, as to whether they will come for the trial and examination. Settle order on notice. Present — Glennon, Dore, Cohn, Peck and Yan Voorhis, JJ.
