PER CURIAM.

B.L.T. appeals the order denying his motion to suppress. We reverse. R.R. v. State, 715 So.2d 1062 (Fla. 5th DCA 1998); State v. Ellison, 455 So.2d 424 (Fla. 2d DCA 1984).

REVERSED and REMANDED.
