In re Dolphin Construction Co.; — Defendants); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of Evangeline, 13th Judicial District Court, Div. “A”, No. 47548-A; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. CR88-0896.

Granted. Trial court’s judgment striking defendant’s jury demand is reversed. Trial judge’s order setting case for a jury trial is reinstated.
