On argument, order denying petitioner’s application to direct respondent Sprague to make and file a proper budget for Nassau county for the fiscal year 1941, and to restrain the other respondents from proceeding with the hearing upon the proposed budget on November 27, 1940, unanimously affirmed, without costs. Application for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals denied. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Johnston, Adel, Taylor and Close, JJ.
