Action by plaintiff wife to recover damages for personal injuries suffered as a consequence of a fall, due to a claimed icy condition on a sidewalk. Companion action by plaintiff husband for expenses and loss of services. Judgment in favor of the defendant unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lewis, P. J., Carswell, Adel, Aldrich and Nolan, JJ.
