Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We affirm the order imposing sanctions save for that portion striking the appellant’s counterpetition. See Commonwealth Federal Savings and Loan Ass’n v. Tubero, 569 So.2d 1271 (Fla.1990)(order striking pleadings must contain a finding of willful failure to make discovery).

AFFIRMED IN PART; REVERSED IN PART; REMANDED.
