OPINION OF THE COURT
Order reversed, with costs, and the motion to dismiss the complaint as against defendants Schafrann, Platzman, Rosenblum, McBride and Golomb denied for the reasons stated in the dissenting memorandum by Justice Howard A. Levine at the Appellate Division (129 AD2d 830, 831-833).
