ON REMAND

PER CURIAM.

Reversed and remanded to the circuit court with instructions to remand this cause to the prison disciplinary board for that board to grant appellant a new hearing in accordance with the principles set out by the Supreme Court of Alabama in its opinion in this case, Ex parte Bland, 441 So.2d 122 (Ala.1983).

REVERSED AND REMANDED WITH INSTRUCTIONS.
