Opinion

In re: Lewis T. Bland applying for certio-rari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit. Parish of Orleans. 360 So.2d 549.

Writ granted. The judgment of the Court of Appeal is reversed, and the case is remanded to the trial court. The trial judge is directed to comply with C.C.P. 1813, and order either a remittitur or a new trial. See Lynch v. Derryberry, 341 So.2d 902 (La.1977).
