Opinion

In re: Lewis T. Bland applying for cer-tiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Orleans.

Writ denied. The grant of the new trial was an interlocutory judgment. See Foster v. Kaplan Rice Mill, Inc., 203 La. 245, 13 So.2d 850 (1943). We find no error in the dismissal of the appeal.
