In re Blanchard, Shelby; — Plaintiff; Applying For Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of W. Baton Rouge, 18th Judicial District Court Div. D, No. 40,368; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. 2014 CW 0205.

Granted. Genuine issues of material fact exist. Accordingly, the judgment of the court of appeal is reversed, and the judgment of the district court is reinstated. Case remanded to the district court for further proceedings.
