On Motion of Mr. Simpson Solicitor for the Defendant for further Time to Answer to the Bill of Complaint filed in this Cause It is Ordered (with the Consent of Mr. Hugh Rutledge Solicitor for the Plaintiff) that the Defendant have to the Tenth Day of January next to put in his Answer to the said Bill of Complaint.
