Opinion

In re Petition of Plaintiffs under the Original Jurisdiction of this Court Under Louisiana Constitution, Article II, §§ 1 and 2; Article V, § 5(B).

DENNIS, J., respectfully dissents. Petitioners have alleged a complaint of impingement upon this Court’s exclusive authority to regulate the practice of law. Therefore this case should be tried under our original jurisdiction.
