Black v. Shore

39 So. 2d 217, 1949 Fla. LEXIS 1281
Supreme Court of Florida·Decided February 15, 1949·Published

Opinion

A careful study of the entire record now before this Court fails to convince us that the learned Chancellor abused his sound judicial discretion in denying specific performance and dismissing the plaintiffs' amended bill of complaint.

The final decree from which this appeal was prosecuted should be and it is hereby affirmed.

Affirmed.

ADAMS, C.J., and CHAPMAN and SEBRING, JJ., concur.
