Opinion
In an action by a wife against her husband for a separation, the husband appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 22, 1960, denying his motion to direct the receiver, who has the custody of certain sequestered assets of the defendant, to pay over to him some part thereof. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements to respondent wife. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Beldock, Ughetta, Kleinfeld and Pette, JJ., concur.
