Opinion
This suit was consolidated, both for trial and on appeal, with the companion case of Mire v. Birmingham Fire Insurance Company of Pennsylvania, La.App., 176 So.2d 624. For the reasons assigned in the Mire case, the judgment of the trial court dismissing plaintiff’s demands is affirmed at plaintiff’s cost.
Affirmed.
