In an action to annul a marriage on the ground of fraud, the appeal is from an order denying a motion to strike out portions of the complaint pursuant to rule 103 of the Rules of Civil Practice. Order affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Wenzel, Beldock, Murphy and Ughetta, JJ., concur.
