The offense is burglary of a private residence in the nighttime with intent to murder; punishment fixed at confinement in the penitentiary for a period of 75 years. The record is before us without bills of exception or statement of facts. The indictment is regular. No fundamental error has been pointed out or discovered. The judgment is affirmed.
