Judgment reversed on the facts, with costs, and judgment of divorce granted in favor of the plaintiff with custody of the children to the plaintiff, alimony to be fixed at the Special Term. Certain finding of fact disapproved and reversed and new findings and conclusions made. All concur. (The judgment dismisses the complaint in a divorce action.) Present — Sears, P.
