{¶ 2} The Ohio Supreme Court's recent decision in WestfieldIns. Co. v. Galatis,
Patricia Ann Blackmon, P.J., and Frank D. Celebrezze, Jr., J., concur.
It is ordered that appellee recover of appellant its costs herein taxed.
