ORDER Plaintiff Tapan Bhargrave, proceeding pro se, sues several financial institutions to stop the foreclosure of his property. (Doc. 1.)1 Now pending is Plaintiff’s motion for leave to access the Court’s electronic filing system. (Doc. 4.)
