Opinion

On Motion of Mr. Lewis of the Complainant’s Counsel, That the Vestry of St. Thomas’s Parish who had Interpleaded in this Cause may be made [370]*370Parties to the Bill, The same was Ordered accordingly, unless Cause be Shewn by the Twentieth Day of this Instant September, and that the Reverend Mr. Hasell one of the Said Vestry be Served with an Attested Copy of this Order.
