Opinion
The attorneys for the appellant on this purported appeal have advised this court, after a conference held before Hon. Harry Gittleson on February 11, 1976, that the appeal is withdrawn. In accordance with the foregoing, the appeal is deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements. This court has not considered the appealability of the purported order from which the appeal was sought to be taken. Gulotta, P. J., Hopkins, Martuscello, Latham and Cohalan, JJ., concur.
