Opinion

Order denying motion to change place of trial reversed upon the law and the facts, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion granted, with ten dollars costs, upon the ground that the case is a proper one for a change of venue for the convenience of witnesses, and that the motion should not have been denied. Lazansky, P. J., Rich, Kapper, Hagarty and Scudder, JJ., concur.
