In re Insurance Co. of N. America et al., K & B Inc., applying for writ of certiorari, writ of review, Parish of Calcasieu, 14th Judicial District Court, Div. “H”, No. 84-93; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. 84-919.

Granted. Ruling of trial judge set aside in so far as he denied request for jury trial. Trial judge is ordered to grant the demand for a jury trial.
