PER CURIAM.

Reversed. Upon review of the allegations contained in the complaint, we believe the trial court erred in entering judgment on the pleadings against the plaintiffs, appellants herein. Cf. Stahl v. Metro Dade County, 438 So.2d 14 (Fla. 3d DCA 1983).
