In a proceeding pursuant to article 78 of the Civil Practice Act for an order directing respondent to issue a permit for the erection of a business building in a district classified as residential under the local zoning ordinance, the appeal is from the order denying the application. Order unanimously affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion.
