AFTER REMANDMENT

TAYLOR, Judge.

In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Berard v. State, 486 So.2d 476 (Ala.1985), this cause is remanded to the circuit court for a new trial.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
