Opinion

Per curiam:

Appellant Benton County Sewer Dist. No. 1 of Benton County, Missouri ("District"), appeals the judgment of the circuit court of Benton County, Missouri, vacating its order appointing a receiver for the District. The District raises two allegations of error in the court's judgment. For reasons explained more fully in a memorandum provided to the parties, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
