Appellant, Gary M. Bennett, filed a motion to dismiss on August 30, 2002. The appellate court may dispose of an appeal in accordance with a motion of appellant to dismiss the appeal. Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(2). Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed. Id.
