On plaintiff’s offer to compromise, which was accepted' by. the defendant, and on a stipulation by the parties, and on'a report by a commissioner of the [878] court recommending judgment in the agreed amount, it was ordered that judgment for the plaintiff be entered in the sum of $3,648.11.
