PER CURIAM. .

We are affirming the judgment in this case for a fine of $100 and 30 days in jail because we think there was ample evidence to submit the case to the jury on the offense charged against the appellant. • ■

The motion ‘for an appeal is overruled and the judgment is affirmed.
