Memorandum: The motions were addressed to the discretion-of the court and we find no abuse of discretion: All concur! (The order (1) denies defendants’ motion for change of place of trial; and (2) denies defendants’ motion to separately try the defendants in a proceeding for criminal contempt of court.)
