ON REMAND FROM ALABAMA SUPREME COURT

TYSON, Judge.

This cause is reversed and remanded for a new hearing with reference to the State’s effort to revoke the appellant’s probation, on authority of Ex parte Belcher, 556 So.2d 366 (Ala.1989).

REVERSED AND REMANDED FOR A HEARING. '
