Opinion

The undersigned have reviewed the prior Order of Commissioner J. Randolph Ward, related documents and the arguments before the Full Commission. The undersigned have found no good ground to reverse the Order dismissing plaintiff's claim pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 143-31. Commissioner Ward's Order, filed 13 July 1994 is AFFIRMED.

Each side shall pay its own costs.
