Opinion

ON MOTION TO DISMISS

ELLIS, Judge.

Judgment was signed herein on June 28, 1972, and plaintiff moved for an appeal on the same date. No appeal bond had been filed as of January 10, 1973. Since the delays for perfecting the appeal have long since expired, this court has never been vested with jurisdiction thereof, and the appeal must be dismissed. Article 2088, Code of Civil Procedure; Stupka v. Forest Lawn Cemetery of Slidell, 215 So.2d 542 (La.App. 1 Cir. 1968).

Appeal dismissed.
