PER CURIAM.

The judgment in favor of defendant-owners in this suit seeking specific performance of an alleged contract to sell land is affirmed on authority of Picard v. Burroughs, Fla.App., 1st 1974, 304 So.2d 455, and the cases therein cited, and Petersen v. Brotman, Fla.App. 2nd 1958, 100 So.2d 821.
