Opinion

Upon Arguing the Exceptions filed to the Master’s Report in this Cause, the Court was pleased to disallow the two first Exceptions, to confirm the Master’s Report in these Particulars; to allow the last Exception; and Ordered that the Master do revise, and amend his Report in that Particular agreeable to the said third Exception, and that he do continue, carry on and close the Defendant’s Accompts to the Time he shall finish his Report.
