Opinion

On Motion of Mr. Rutledge Sollicitor for the Complainant and by Consent of James Parsons Esquire Sollicitor for the Defendant in this Cause it is Ordered that the Exceptions taken by the Complainant to my Report in the said. Cause made the Thirty First of October last be set down to be argued before the Court on Monday next.
